In 2008 Alexander co- founded Larch Networks Ltd. and helped make it a leader in the field of switch and networking solutions. Alexander saw the company through all phases of product and market development.
Eddi Preskovsky
Co-Founder VP R&D.
Eddie brings with him more than 20 years of hands-on and managerial experience in software development, specializing in real-time embedded systems. In his role, Eddie manages R&D teams through various projects, focusing on planning, executing, allocating resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. Eddie defines project objectives and oversees quality control.

Inna brings a wealth of experience in managing high-tech companies. Prior to Larch Networks, Inna held leading positions being responsible for administrative, HR, T&E and financial aspects.
Alexander Kaganovsky
R&D Director.
Alexander has more than 20 years of practical experience in software development, specializing in real-time embedded systems. He has strong expertise in network technologies, Assembler, C, C++ and embedded devices programming. Alexander is an expert in analyzing, designing complex systems and problem solving.
